Eggs

Eggs are another food allergy common in children, which often goes away. Most who have it are five years old or younger. Symptoms may include nasal congestion, skin inflammation, and digestive issues.

Wheat

Wheat allergies are often confused with celiac disease because they’re both related to the gluten in wheat. When your body is allergic to gluten, you must avoid wheat, or you’ll have adverse effects such as hives, difficulty breathing, throat irritation, and anaphylaxis.

Shellfish

Shellfish is the most common food allergy. It affects 8.2 million people. They must avoid crustaceans such as lobster and shrimp and mollusks like squid, scallops, clams, and mussels.
