Lately, we have been obsessed with and impressed by how many celebs have discovered the science of fasting. It is not uncommon for stars to share notes from their fasting schedules in media interviews as fans everywhere are eager to know how celebrities get red carpet event ready in just a few days.
Here are a few of our favorite celebs who are well known for crediting fasting for great results.
Jennifer Anniston
An outspoken advocate for intermittent fasting, Anniston claims to prefer 16-hour fasting windows. Earlier in the year she was seen hydrating with Hibiscus tea, a tasty staple of the Prolon, 5-Day fasting program which guides your body safely through a fast into cellular clean-up which supports fat burning.

Moby is committed to his daily rituals, such as am tea and reading, and relies on a consistent regimen of 12-16 hours fasting and eating throughout the day. He typically starts his fasting window by skipping dinner.

Lance Bass is a tremendous fan of Dr. Valter Longo, the founder of the Fasting Mimicking Diet and the Longevity book and researcher at The Longevity Institute at the University of Southern California. Bass claims that the book gave him new awareness and changed his relationship with food and put him on a daily 12-hour fasting/feeding schedule.
